- Dates are flexible but must join an existing scheduled ride.
- The prize is based on 2 riders sharing either a double or twin room
- Both riders must be confident cantering in an English saddle by arrival.
- We have a weight limit of 15.75 stone/217lbs/100kg.
- If you’ve already booked with us and win, we’ll refund the cost of the 3 Day Iconic package.
- The prize is non-transferable and there’s no cash alternative.
- This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
- A longer experience may be available. We will cover the first 3 days of your experience, but if you wish to stay longer, we can quote options.
- The competition will close on January 9th 2026. We will check that all entry steps have been completed, and then 1 lucky winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email.
- Beware of fake accounts on social media, we will not announce a winner before the closing date, and will not be contacting the winner through social media. Please report and block any fake pages.
- For your entry to be valid, all steps of entry must be completed.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- The competition is open internationally
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Bespoke Equestrian Ireland (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
- Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of the winner.
- Riders must meet the stated ability and weight requirements; participation is subject to guides’ discretion for safety.
- Bespoke Equestrian Ireland reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
- The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days; otherwise, a new winner may be selected.
- Personal data provided will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
- Bespoke Equestrian Ireland reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required.
- The organizer accepts no responsibility for lost entries, technical issues, or any injuries/accidents beyond statutory obligations.
